- Navigate to Zeal’s Platform login page. Enter your workspace name in the text field and click ‘Continue’.
2. Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
3. Enter your email address associated with your Zeal account and click ‘Continue’.
4. Check your email. You will receive an email with a temporary passcode to reset your password.
5. Enter the Temporary PIN from your email and click ‘Continue’.
6. Enter your new password in both fields and click ‘Continue’. Your password is now reset and you will be directed to the login page.
