Anton AI for Zoom Team Chat — Integration Guide
Overview
Anton AI brings contract intelligence directly into Zoom Team Chat. Ask questions about your contracts in plain language and get accurate, sourced answers without leaving Zoom.
How to Add the Integration
Prerequisites:
- An active Zeal account
- Access to Anton AI within your Zeal account
Steps:
- Log in to Zeal
- Open the chat with Anton AI
- Click Connect Zoom
- You’ll be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection — sign in with your Zoom account and click Allow
- Once authorized, you’ll be returned to Zeal and the integration will be active
- The Anton AI bot will now appear in your Zoom Team Chat
Each team member connects their own account individually, so your data stays scoped to your own workspace.

How to Use Anton AI in Zoom Team Chat
Prerequisites:
- An active Zeal account with access to Anton AI
- The Zoom integration connected (see above)
Once connected, open the chat with the Anton AI bot in Zoom Team Chat and ask questions in plain language.
Examples:
- “When does our MSA with Acme Corp renew?”
- “What’s the liability cap in our vendor agreement with TechCo?”
- “Summarize this contract” (then paste the text)
- “Draft an NDA clause covering data confidentiality”
Anton AI will respond with answers drawn from your contract library, with source references so you know exactly where the information came from.
Available Commands
Commands can be invoked with or without a leading slash, and with or without the /anton prefix — for example, help, /help, and /anton help all work the same way.
| Command | Description |
| switch <workspace_name> | Switches to the specified workspace. All subsequent queries apply within it. |
| help | Shows all supported commands with usage examples and brief descriptions. |
| reset | Clears the current session state and starts a new conversation. Previous context is discarded. |
| workspace | Shows the currently active workspace and lists all other available workspaces. |
How to Remove the Integration
- Log in to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click your profile → Manage → Added Apps
- Find Anton AI and click Remove
What happens after removal:
- Your Zeal account remains active and unaffected — only the connection between Zoom and Zeal is removed
- No data is deleted as a result of removing the integration; your contract library and account remain fully accessible within Zeal
- The Anton AI bot will no longer appear in Zoom Team Chat
- To reconnect in the future, simply repeat the steps in “How to Add the Integration” above
Troubleshooting Guide
Connect Zoom button doesn’t respond / nothing happens when clicked
- Make sure you’re logged in to your Zeal account
- Try disabling any VPN or ad blocker temporarily, as these can occasionally interfere with the connection
- Try a different browser, or open the page in an incognito/private window
- Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser
Redirected to Zoom but authorization fails or returns an error
- Confirm you’re signing in with the Zoom account associated with your organization, not a personal Zoom account
- Make sure your Zoom account has permission to add apps — if you’re not a Zoom admin, you may need an admin to approve the app for your organization
- Try clearing your browser cache and attempting the connection again
Authorized successfully but the Anton AI bot doesn’t appear in Zoom Team Chat
- Give it a few minutes — it can occasionally take a short time to sync
- Refresh or restart your Zoom Team Chat client
- If it still doesn’t appear, try removing and re-adding the integration
