There are two ways to send a contract:
- From the Dashboard
- Within the Binder
Send a Document from the Dashboard
By using the quick link to send a document, you’re able to bypass the additional steps to send one from the Binder view.
1. From the Dashboard, click on ‘Add Document’.
2. Select a document or create a new one.
3. You’ll be taken to the Document Generator. Complete the relevant fields and click on ‘Generate’.

4. A preview of the document will appear. Use this to review the document before sending to your designated recipient.
- If the document requires review, select the workspace member from the dropdown list and click on ‘Send for Review’.
- If the document is ready for signing, type in a message to the recipient, check to ‘Send this document to the signing authority’ and click on ‘Send Document’.
- If you’re not ready to send the document, click on ‘Save for Later’.
Send a Document from the Binder
- From the Dashboard, navigate to your Binders tab and click on the ‘Binders’.
- Select the desired Binder.If the Binder doesn’t exist, you can create a new one.
3. Click on ‘New Binder’.
4. Use the dropdown and select the template you’d like to use.
5. You’ll be taken to the Document Generator. Complete the relevant fields and click on ‘Generate’. A preview of the document will appear. Use this to review the document before sending to your designated recipient.
